LaPlace, LA — The River Region Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Legislative Breakfast on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Belle Terre Country Club, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, and industry advocates for a timely discussion on key legislative priorities impacting the River Region.  

The event will feature Will Green, President and CEO of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), and Jason M. DeCuir, MBA, JD, LLM, co‑owner of Advantous Consulting and Founding Partner of Advantous Law. Together, the speakers will provide insight into policy issues shaping the 2026 Louisiana Regular Legislative Session and their potential impact on businesses and communities across the River Parishes.

Will Green is President and CEO of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), the state’s leading business advocacy organization representing nearly 2,000 employers and more than 324,000 employees. Under his leadership, LABI champions free enterprise and policies that strengthen Louisiana's business climate and quality of life. With experience in both government and private sectors, Will is a respected voice for Louisiana's business community and serves on several state and national boards and commissions. 

Jason M. DeCuir, MBA, JD, LLM is a nationally recognized leader in state and local taxation. He is co-owner of Advantous Consulting, a multistate tax service firm with offices in Louisiana and Texas. Jason also serves as Founding Partner of Advantous Law LLC, focusing exclusively on SALT matters. A former senior leader at the Louisiana Department of Revenue, Jason is a trusted advisor and advocate for tax policy reform, with extensive experience guiding businesses and policymakers on complex tax and economic issues.
