The Path Brings Integrative and Functional Medicine Resource to Destrehan while creating a space for health education and community connection.

DESTREHAN, La. — A new healthcare resource is opening its doors in St. Charles Parish. The Path Center for Integrative and Functional Medicine will officially celebrate the opening of its Destrehan clinic with a Ribbon Cutting, followed by a free Community Grand Opening at 3 Storehouse Lane in Destrehan.

Led by Dr. Christy Krail-Javier, The Path was created to provide patients with an individualized, whole-person approach to healthcare while also becoming a resource for health education and wellness within the surrounding community. It’s a space where people can feel heard and are empowered to take charge of their health and become active participants in their own care.

RIBBON CUTTING — FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6

The celebration begins Friday, November 6, from 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. with The Path’s official Ribbon Cutting at 10:00am.

Community members, local leaders and neighboring businesses are invited to join Dr. Krail-Javier and The Path team as they commemorate the opening of the new clinic. The morning will include the official ribbon cutting, brief remarks, light refreshments, opportunities to meet the providers and staff, and tours of the new facility.

COMMUNITY GRAND OPENING — SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7

On Saturday, November 7, from 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., The Path will open its doors to the community for a free Grand Opening Celebration designed to be as much about education and community connection as celebration. The event will give area residents opportunities to meet healthcare and wellness professionals, hear educational presentations, and ask questions in an approachable setting.

The celebration will also include refreshments and light bites, clinic tours, MFR mini sessions, The Path Center’s signature “Shot Bar”, product samples, door prizes and giveaways. Swag bags will be available for the first 25 attendees.
