We invite you to join a council of employers, industry leaders, and educators committed to building meaningful pathways from our classrooms to Louisiana's workforce. Together, we'll design internships, mentorships, and career experiences that prepare every SJBP student for what's next.

The purpose of this council is simple but important: bring education and industry together to create stronger pathways from our classrooms into Louisiana's workforce. We want employers to help us shape internships, work-based learning opportunities, mentorships, career experiences, and other opportunities that prepare students for the workforce while strengthening the local talent pipeline.

We welcome businesses of all sizes and representatives from a wide range of industries. Whether an organization is ready to host interns, provide career exposure, advise our programs, mentor students, or simply learn more, we want them at the table.

Our goal is to build a council that truly represents the workforce and economic future of our community.
