Get ready to chart a course of student success! Our Spring Education Expedition is fast approaching on Friday, April 17 and we want you to know that you belong here.

What is Education Expedition?
Our Education Expedition is a guided journey, providing you with a firsthand ticket to the comprehensive educational route our students travel, from early childhood to graduation. We invite you to join this trip to experience the full scope of education across multiple SCPPS campuses.

Travel Itinerary
Our trip begins promptly at 8:00 AM at the Satellite Center (285 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway, Luling) and concludes at 1:30 PM. Participants will travel by school bus to explore the daily student experience at these key stops on the route:
-Satellite Center
-Ethel Schoeffner Elementary School
-Destrehan High School
-Harry Hurst Middle School
-East Bank Headstart

Following the lunch presentation, an optional full tour of the Lafon Performing Arts Center will be offered for guests with additional time on their schedule.
