This second session Roundtable is for business owners and one or two of their key employees. This will be a deep dive into the actual atmosphere, operations, and culture of your business. Corporate cultures will be examined and brainstormed for improvement. The collective wisdom, experiences, and insights of the Roundtable participants will be shared to the benefit of all. This Roundtable will be expertly facilitated so that participants will be challenged to “think outside the box” to discover innovative solutions to increase organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Expect to have honest and frank conversations with your employee and expect a revelation or two as a result. If you are serious about the sustainability and continued success of your enterprise, this Roundtable is designed specifically for you.
