This FREE Seminar will be held at the Public Relations Building in Lutcher. Dr. Darrin Breaux, Cardiologist, will be our guest speaker. This is a seminar to educate the community about risk factors, signs, symptons in the prevention of heart disease. Information on a heart...healthy diet will be discussed. A free heart healthy lunch will also be served. Free health screenings will be offered to participants inlcuding cholesterol and blood pressure.
